Cabrales es un concejo español de la comunidad autónoma del Principado de Asturias. Limita al norte con Llanes, al sur con las provincias de Cantabria y León, al este con Peñamellera Alta y al oeste con Onís. La capital municipal es Carreña, y el concejo alberga una población de 1941 habitantes , con una extensión de 238,29 kilómetros cuadrados. Es cruzado por diferentes carreteras, la AS-114, cruza su municipio, la AS-345 va hacia Peñamellera Alta, y la AS-264 que va hacia Puente Poncebos.
