El Valle de Altomira es un municipio español de la provincia de Cuenca, en la comunidad autónoma de Castilla-La Mancha. Está formado por las localidades de Garcinarro, Jabalera y Mazarulleque, y su población asciende a 198 habitantes .El municipio se creó en 1970 mediante la unión voluntaria de los municipios de Garcinarro, Jabalera y Mazarulleque, con la denominación «Puebla de Don Francisco», en recuerdo de Francisco Ruiz-Jarabo, ministro de Justicia durante la dictadura franquista y natural de Garcinarro.[1]
