Actualmente convertido en el hotel Gran Lujo Casa Fuster, el edificio de estilo modernista obra del arquitecto Lluís Domènech i Muntaner fue creado entre 1908 y 1910. Éste se caracteriza por elementos típicos del arquitecto como la ornamentación floral. El edificio que fue en su momento el más caro de la ciudad, en sus inicios fue una vivienda privada para posteriormente ser la sede de la compañía eléctrica ENHER.
