El megaparque es una mezcla de cervecería al aire libre y discoteca al aire libre y se encuentra en la isla de Mallorca en la Platja de Palma, una playa de arena de aproximadamente ocho kilómetros de largo, que se encuentra al sureste de la capital de la isla, Palma. El megaparque se encuentra al nivel del Balneario 5 o Ballermann 5 directamente en el paseo marítimo.
El recinto fue inaugurado el 22 de mayo de 2000 por la cadena de discotecas mallorquinas Grupo Cursach Ocio, que también explota las discotecas Riu Palace, Soul Suite/ Royal Suite, Paradies Beach, la cervecería al aire libre Don Quijote-Ballermann y el restaurante Asadito en la Playa de Palma. Numerosas estrellas conocidas de la escena pop y pop actuaron en la apertura.
