Este tramo despide al río Eresma entre cultivos de cereal y pinares de resinero.
El segundo tramo del Camino Natural Vía Verde del Valle del Eresma comienza en la estación de Yanguas-Carbonero, avanzando paralelo al río Eresma y su bosque de ribera, abandonando su compañía en la ermita de la Virgen del Tormejón. Siguiendo fielmente el trazado del ferrocarril, entre cultivos de cereal, se supera el apeadero de Armuña y las localidades de Miguel Ibáñez y Ortigosa de Pestaño, con su bella estación. Finalmente el caminante se adentra en un pinar de pino resinero (Pinus pinaster) que conduce al final del tramo en la población segoviana de Nava de la Asunción.
