A través de las subidas del Alto de Turrón Duro (empinado al 14%) y el gradual Puerto de Ares, finalmente se llega al interior de la Costa Blanca. A través de carreteras onduladas se puede ir en bicicleta hacia el pueblo de Planes, donde se encuentra una ruina del castillo en la cima de una colina. A través de una zona muy bonita se va hacia los 620 metros de altitud (Alto del Margarida), y luego se pasa por Puerto de Tollos (hasta el 14%), Castel de Castells y la subida del Collado de Bixauca de vuelta a Benidorm.
