La colina de Montsec es un montículo-testigo de las costas de Meuse, situada en el territorio de la comuna de Montsec, en el departamento francés de Meuse, en Lorena, en la región administrativa de Gran Este. En la cima de la colina, a una altitud de 377 metros, se encuentra un monumento conmemorativo de las ofensivas llevadas a cabo por el ejército estadounidense en el saliente de Saint-Mihiel durante la Primera Guerra Mundial, del 12 al 15 de septiembre y del 9 al 11 de noviembre de 1918.
