La Comanda de Bajoles fue uno de los conventos originarios de la orden de San Juan de Jerusalén, situado en el actual término municipal de Perpiñán cerca de Castell Rossellón. A pesar de la documentación conocida, hasta hace poco ni siquiera se sabía la ubicación exacta de la casa o sede de la comanda, arrasada en el siglo xvii por el ejército de Luis XIV de Francia. Las excavaciones, realizadas en la última década del siglo xx, no solo la localizaron sino que permitieron realizar un levantamiento de la planta y conocer detalles importantes.
