En las tierras de nuestro querido Médoc, en nuestro invernadero hortícola de 1.500 m², cuatro cuencas contienen nuestra espirulina, microalgas con numerosos beneficios.
La espirulina ayuda a fortalecer el cuerpo. Rico en vitaminas y hierro, actúa como un verdadero "refuerzo" natural.
Se puede consumir solo o como acompañamiento (batido, guacamole, ensalada...).
Mejor amigo de los deportistas, también puede ser consumido por los niños.
En la granja, cosechamos, prensamos al vacío, transformamos en copos, deshidratamos a baja temperatura, embolsamos manualmente (tras el análisis) y luego comercializamos nuestra espirulina.
