Élodie y Eric han viajado por toda Francia y en mayo de 2022 decidieron instalarse Se enamoraron de esta casa que necesitaba una reforma. Tras un año de reformas y una buena dosis de energía, dieron vida a la "Résidence Loanie" en junio de 2023. En la planta baja, instalaron una cómoda habitación de invitados de 25 m², con cuarto de ducha y aseo privados, zona de trabajo y sofá cama adicional. Puede alojar hasta 4 personas. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a un comedor y una cocina americana (60 m²). El pasado mes de octubre, para completar sus servicios, abrieron "L'Alternative", un centro alternativo de salud y bienestar. Los huéspedes alojados en la Residencia pueden aprovechar los servicios de bienestar del centro si lo desean.
