En el corazón de una pequeña aldea de la región de Haut Limousin, en plena naturaleza, ideal para practicar senderismo (hay dos senderos señalizados), la casa rural independiente se abre a una terraza cerrada. En la parte trasera, también se abre a una terraza cubierta que se extiende por unos escalones hasta un pequeño patio cerrado. También hay aparcamiento privado junto a la casa. A sólo 9 km, el lago de Mondon, de 15 hectáreas, está situado en un entorno arbolado y frondoso, con pista de tenis, minigolf, barca a pedales y piscina acuática con tobogán.
