La estación de tren de Desford fue una estación en Leicestershire, Inglaterra, en el Ferrocarril de Leicester y Swannington, que más tarde se convirtió en parte de la línea del Ferrocarril Midland de Leicester a Burton upon Trent.
La estación original abrió el 18 de julio de 1832; originalmente llamada Desford Lane, fue renombrada Desford el 26 de abril de 1833. Esta estación se cerró el 27 de marzo de 1848, siendo reemplazada por una nueva estación, también llamada Desford, ubicada a 135 metros al oeste de la original. La estación estaba a unas 0.6 millas al noreste del pueblo de Desford, cerca de la aldea de Newtown Unthank.
