Panagia Ekatontapyliani , Virgen de las cien puertas o iglesia de las cien puertas es un complejo arquitectónico eclesiástico de la ciudad de Pakiria . Es un importante centro de devoción mariana, que en la región sólo es superado por la iglesia por la Panagia Evangelistria de Tinos .
Panagia significa "Santísima", pero la etimología de Ekatontapyliani no está clara; pues aunque hekaton significa "cien" y pylaion "puerta" , se ha propuesto que proviene de la palabra Katapoliani , en referencia a su situación topográfica. También se la denomina basílica de la Panaghia Katapoliani o Nuestra Señora de Katapoliani.
