El Megalakkos es un refugio rocoso ubicado al norte del pueblo de Kleidonia en la unidad regional de Ioannina y a unos 500 m al este de la Cueva Kleidi, en el noroeste de Grecia. Se sitúa en la parte norte del valle del río Voidomatis.
Las excavaciones arqueológicas realizadas por un equipo británico entre 1983 y 1986 revelaron la cueva con una altura de 2 m, contenía artefactos, herramientas de piedra, restos faunísticos y otros fósiles, que datan del Paleolítico y de la cultura epigravettiana entre hace 20,000 y 12,000 años. Descubrimientos análogos fueron hechos por el mismo equipo de investigación en la cueva vecina de Kleidi.
