Höfn o Höfn í Hornafirði es un puerto pesquero situado al sudeste de Islandia, en el municipio de Hornafjörður de la región de Austurland.
En 2011 tenía una población de 1.641 habitantes. Es el segundo puerto en el sudeste de la isla. Es uno de los principales centros para visitar el glaciar Vatnajökull, el mayor de Europa.[1][2][3][4] Se encuentra en el único estuario navegable de Islandia.[4]
