Heel) es una de las aldeas eclesiásticas más antiguas y grandes de Limburg Medio en los Países Bajos y forma parte del municipio de Maasgouw. Heel se encuentra a unos kilómetros al suroeste de Roermond, junto a los Maasplassen. En 2021, Heel contaba con 4.440 habitantes. El CBS considera tanto la aldea de Osen como la aldea de Panheel como parte de Heel. Ambas tienen el mismo código postal que Heel. Desde 1991 hasta 2007, Heel fue la localidad principal del antiguo municipio de Heel y, antes de eso, de Heel y Panheel.
