El Ayuntamiento de Gennep se encuentra en la Plaza de Gennep y fue construido entre 1612 y 1620 bajo la dirección de Willem van Bommel de Emmerik. El edificio está construido en el estilo renacentista del Bajo Rin con una monumental torre de escaleras octogonal. Ya no se utiliza como ayuntamiento. El ayuntamiento, junto con la Casa de Pedro, la oficina municipal, el viejo campanario de la iglesia de San Martín y la iglesia reformada neerlandesa en la Plaza, forma una parte importante del paisaje de Gennep.
