La Cabeza de Overijssel es una región en el noroeste de la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel. El municipio de Steenwijkerland abarca una parte importante de ella. Históricamente, también se consideran parte de la zona los municipios de Kampen, Zwartewaterland y Staphorst. La región coincide prácticamente con la histórica comarca de Tierra de Vollenhove.
