La ruta europea E69 es una carretera E que conecta Olderfjord y Cabo Norte en el norte de Noruega. La carretera tiene 129 km de longitud. Contiene cinco túneles, que suman un total de 15.5 km. El más largo, el Túnel de Cabo Norte, tiene 6.9 km de longitud y alcanza 212 m por debajo del nivel del mar.
La parte más al norte de la carretera está disponible solo para convoyes, que circulan en horarios fijos, durante los meses de invierno.
