Este quiosco en la Explanada del Templo fue construido a finales de la década de 1920.
Entre 1930 y 1932, la estructura metálica fue sustituida por un encantador conjunto de ocho hermosas columnas de granito . Esta obra fue posible gracias a los fondos recaudados por el difunto Bernardo Sequeira. La placa que la acompaña se conserva en este museo.
Este kiosco de música servía de escenario para las festividades anuales en honor al Espíritu Santo, lo que inspiró a los bragueños a realizar una animada peregrinación a la montaña del Buen Jesús . Estas festividades eran uno de los principales atractivos del Buen Jesús, pero cayeron en el olvido hasta desaparecer del calendario festivo de Braga. Recientemente, la hermandad del Buen Jesús ha retomado esta antigua tradición.
