La carretera Phet Kasem en el subdistrito de Na Kha del distrito de Suk Samran en la provincia de Ranong. La carretera Phet Kasem o Ruta 4 de Tailandia es una de las cuatro principales autopistas en Tailandia, junto con la carretera Phahonyothin (Ruta 1), la carretera Mittraphap (Ruta 2) y la carretera Sukhumvit (Ruta 3). Con 1,274 km, es la autopista más larga de Tailandia. Comienza en el puente Naowa Chamnian en Bangkok Yai, Bangkok. Lleva el nombre de Luang Phet Kasemwithisawasdi, el séptimo director general del Departamento de Carreteras. Las provincias a lo largo de la carretera son Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Phang Nga, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Phatthalung y Songkhla, conectadas a la Autopista Norte-Sur (NSE) de Malasia en el paso de Sadao y el paso de Bukit Kayu Hitam. Tres tramos de la autopista también son la Carretera Asiática AH2: Desde Nakhon Pathom hasta Chumphon; Desde Phatthalung hasta Ban Khu Ha y desde Hat Yai hasta la frontera con Malasia, donde se conecta con la Autopista Norte-Sur (Malasia).
