70 Pine Street —anteriormente conocido como el American International Building, 60 Wall Tower y en un principio como el Cities Service Building— es un edificio de oficinas[2] de estilo art déco de 67 plantas y 290 metros situado en la esquina de la Calle Pearl con Cedar Street en el Distrito Financiero de Manhattan, Nueva York. Fue construido en 1931-32 por Cities Service Company[3] para el magnate del petróleo y el gas Henry Latham Doherty,[4] y fue diseñado por las empresas de Clinton & Russell y Holton & George en el estilo art déco.[5]
El edificio y su primer piso interior fueron designados Landmarks de la Ciudad de Nueva York en junio de 2011.[6] En 2016, el edificio se destinó a apartamentos residencial de lujo en alquiler.[7]
