Edifié par Florent d'Oultremont, ce château, pur joyau du 18e siècle, est encore aujourd'hui la demeure des Comtes d'Oultremont.
Construit en carré et entouré d'un parc agrémenté d'un étang, il est de grande élégance architecturale. Le château, avec ses annexes, l'orangerie et les terrains environnants est classé au patrimoine immobilier exceptionnel de Wallonie.
L'ornementation intérieure est tout à fait exceptionnelle, on y conserve de très nombreuses oeuvres d'art et un important mobilier, dont une partie a appartenu au prince-évêque Charles-Nicolas d'Oultremont.
