Ferme, ancien bâtiment de service du disparu "Hof van Plaisance" ou du Château de Lauwerijn. Le château, probablement datant du début du XVIe siècle, situé dans un double fossé, était implanté au sud-est derrière l'église et était accessible par un chemin au sud de l'église sur le Stee. Le château des seigneurs de Watervliet, Lauwerijn, a été démoli en 1828 et les écuries, situées au sud-ouest de celui-ci, probablement datant de la fin du XVIIIe siècle, ont été aménagées en ferme. Les remparts ont été conservés sur deux côtés.
