Maisons de burgers construites selon un schéma symétrique, vers 1900 dans le style néo-flamand-renaissance. Façades à pignons de trois travées et deux étages sous des toits à deux pentes (en ardoise) avec lucarnes sous le toit à deux pentes. Construction en brique sur socle en ardoise ; bandes, corniches et ouvertures de service en pierre dure ; parapet avec panneaux en carreaux. Travée accentuée avec balcon en pierre dure en demi-cercle et couronnée par une lucarne. Fenêtres rectangulaires et en arc brisé ainsi qu'une porte en retrait semblable.
