L'auberge "Casino" existe depuis plus de 100 ans. En 1906, la famille Piens a acheté un terrain à l'angle de la route Gaversesteenweg et de la rue Molenstraat pour y établir une ferme, une maison d'habitation, un magasin et un estaminet. Le café a été nommé "Casino" et est encore exploité par la même famille. La ferme est devenue plus tard un magasin en libre-service avec à côté un salon de coiffure. Entre-temps, tout cela a été transformé en salle de réunion.
