Depuis le centre de Hoogstraten, vous vous dirigez vers Achtel, le hameau du village voisin de Rijkevorsel. Cette promenade passe par des prés et des champs et a pour point central la chapelle d'Achtel. Vous y rencontrerez le Kadril de Louis Doms, mondialement connu, les Heilluizers et la guilde de Saint-Ambrosius. Du centre animé de Hoogstraten, vous plongez dans l'arrière-cour verdoyante de Hoogstraten et du hameau d'Achtel (Rijkevorsel).
