Parcourez à pied le trajet aller-retour entre Sint-Martens-Bodegem et Sint-Ulriks-Kapelle, à travers un paysage qui, avant 1950, était encore dominé par des champs de tiges de houblon. À l'époque, chaque brasserie possédait ses propres champs de houblon. À la Maison Mostinckx, vous revivrez ces jours de gloire de la culture du houblon. Ce petit bâtiment, construit selon la technique authentique du colombage et de l'argile, est un charmant musée régional. Vous passerez près de la brasserie de lambic Girardin, exploitée depuis 1882 par la famille Girardin.
Avant de partir : suivez les points-nœuds virtuels ou les panneaux hexagonaux portant l’inscription « Hoppewandeling ». Vous pouvez raccourcir la promenade à 8,6 km ou 4,8 km.
