La vallée fertile de la Molenbeek est une zone riche en sources et fournit l'eau pour la ville de Saint-Trond. Des arbres indigènes, de vieux vergers de cerisiers à haute tige, des étangs et des mares créent un biotope naturel. Cette promenade se trouve à un jet de pierre du centre de Saint-Trond.
