L’itinéraire explore le paysage varié et riche en relief dans le coin sud-est de la Flandre occidentale. La zone forme la ligne de partage des eaux entre les bassins de la Lys et de l’Escaut. Depuis de larges crêtes, le cavalier profite de beaux panoramas sur la région de la Lys-Escaut. Vous conduisez le long de routes de campagne tranquilles en passant devant des sabots majestueux et des champs richement végétalisés. L’itinéraire équestre longe ensuite le canal Bossuit-Courtrai et suit ensuite le Trimardzate, le lit de l’ancienne ligne de chemin de fer Avelgem-Herseaux.
