Lamstedt est une commune dans le district de Cuxhaven en Basse-Saxe. Elle fait partie de la commune associée de Börde Lamstedt.
La commune est située au milieu de quelques moraines de la dernière glaciation, comme le Westerberg. Vers l'est, Lamstedt borde l'Ostetal, où se trouvent en partie de petites zones de tourbières. Au nord se trouve le Westerberg, une forêt mixte principalement peuplée d'arbres conifères.
