La clinique Frankenalb d'Engelthal dans la commune d'Engelthal dans le pays de Nuremberg est une clinique spécialisée en psychiatrie, psychothérapie et psychosomatique. C'est un établissement de l'entreprise communale Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken, qui comprend également le Bezirksklinikum Ansbach, le Klinikum am Europakanal à Erlangen, la maison de vie socio-thérapeutique Eggenhof à Uttenreuth et la maison de vie et de soins socio-thérapeutique à Ansbach.
La clinique Frankenalb a été construite en 1898 sur le Reschenberg et mise en service en 1900 en tant que sanatorium pulmonaire avec 100 lits. Entre-temps, elle a été un foyer pour enfants pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. En 1973, l'établissement s'est spécialisé dans le traitement des maladies psychiques.
