La Bumannsburg, également appelée Bummannsburg, est le vestige d'un ancien fort sur la rive sud de la Lippe dans le quartier de Rünthe à Bergkamen, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, qui remonte à environ 800. Elle n'est mentionnée dans aucune source. Des fouilles ont eu lieu en 1898 et 1978. Le développement de la végétation au cours du 1er millénaire autour de la Bumannsburg met en évidence, selon une étude pollinique de 2006, trois phases : d'abord une période impériale avec une utilisation des terres plutôt romaine, puis rhénane-allemande, ensuite le reboisement après 300, et enfin l'expansion territoriale du début du Moyen Âge à partir de 700 après J.-C.
