La fédération sportive de Bade-Fribourg e.V., dont le siège est à Fribourg, est l'organisation faîtière du sport en Haute-Bade. Elle a été fondée le 19 novembre 1949 et fait partie des membres fondateurs de la fédération allemande du sport. Aujourd'hui, elle n'est plus membre de la fédération olympique allemande que de manière indirecte par le biais de la fédération sportive du pays de Bade-Wurtemberg. Elle regroupe 51 fédérations sportives avec plus de 3200 clubs sportifs et un total de plus de 920 000 membres.
