Le Dreifaltigkeitsberg, anciennement appelé Osterberg, est situé à Ratisbonne, au-dessus du quartier de Steinweg.
Alors que la peste bubonique sévère s’était déclarée à Ratisbonne vers 1713, certains habitants des quartiers de Stadtamhof et de Steinweg construisirent l’église de la Sainte-Trinité sur la montagne pour être épargnés de l’épidémie. De Steinweg, un chemin de croix mène à la montagne, qui se termine dans la chapelle. En 1798, un cimetière du quartier de Steinweg a été établi sur la montagne. En 1812, le cimetière a également été déplacé de Stadtamhof au Dreifaltigkeitsberg.
