L'ancienne église évangélique Saint-Jean est un bâtiment d'église protégé par des monuments historiques et désacralisé à Werl, dans le district de Soest, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, en Allemagne.
Les chrétiens évangéliques constituaient une minorité à Werl au 19ème siècle. La paroisse utilisait l'église du monastère et la chapelle de Gänsevöhde comme église simultanée pour ses services. Cela a cependant provoqué un tumulte parmi la population catholique. Lors d'un tumulte dans l'église du monastère, le matériel de l'église évangélique a été volé et transporté par la ville.
