La chapelle de Lourdes est une chapelle de cimetière située dans le cimetière de Merazhofen, un quartier de Gebrazhofen à Leutkirch dans l’Allgäu.
La chapelle est située à proximité immédiate de la tombe de l’ancien pasteur de Merazhofen Augustinus Hieber, sur Pfarrer-Hieber-Weg. Il a été construit dans la 2ème moitié du 19ème siècle. Le cimetière est entouré d’un mur tout autour. Le bâtiment rectangulaire est coiffé d’un toit à pignon recouvert de queue de castor, les côtés avant orientés vers le sud et le nord et n’a pas de cloches. Au-dessus du portail d’entrée en bois orienté au sud, au design élaboré, il est écrit : « Je suis la résurrection et la vie. » Au-dessus se trouve une fresque représentant Jésus-Christ ressuscité.
