Schwarzkollm est un village de Saxe (Allemagne), situé dans la commune de Hoyerswerda, en région Saxe, avec une population de 899 habitants.
Le centre du village de Schwarzkollm est de type lande longue et est situé dans le paysage d’étangs boisés de la Haute-Lusace. Les autres localités appartenant à Schwarzkollm sont Koselbruch, Petzerberg, Sandwäsche et Waldesruh. À l’est du village se trouve le Steinberg, haut de 153,5 mètres, qui sert de carrière. Les trois autres collines de la région sont le Gerichtsberg, le Kubitzberg et le Petzerberg.
