Glienecke est un village et une ancienne commune allemande du district de Potsdam-Mittelmark, dans le Brandebourg. Le village précédemment indépendant a été incorporé à Ziesar le 1er mars 2002.
Le village de Glienecke est situé à environ un kilomètre au sud du Fiener Bruch. Le Strepenbach traverse le village, qui se jette dans la Buckau un peu au nord-ouest. Peu de temps avant l’embouchure, il reçoit l’eau du Litzenbach. La Landesstraße 93 traverse Glienecke, et au sud, à un kilomètre de là, le tracé de l’autoroute A 2 passe par le village.
