La Mönchemühle Blankenburg est l'ancienne moulin de l'abbaye cistercienne de Michaelstein près de Blankenburg, au bord nord du Harz en Saxe-Anhalt.
Une huilerie utilisée par le monastère est mentionnée pour la première fois au 15ème siècle. Sur ses fondations a été construit le bâtiment actuel du moulin au 19ème siècle.
