La Bieke est un affluent de 1,7 km de long, orographiquement droit, de la Glenne, situé à Brilon, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, en Allemagne.
La Bieke prend sa source à environ 175 m au sud-est du bord du village de Rixen, à une altitude de 488 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Elle coule d'abord vers le nord-ouest. Après avoir passé sous la rue du village de Rixen, le ruisseau se dirige plus vers l'ouest. Après un parcours de 1,7 km, la Bieke se jette à 419 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer dans la Glenne, sur la rive droite. Avec une différence de hauteur de 69 m, la pente moyenne du lit est de 40,6 ‰. Le bassin versant, d'environ 1,355 km², s'écoule vers la mer du Nord via la Glenne, la Möhne, le Rhin et le Ruhr.
