Le Hensbach ou Gailbach est un affluent de droite et est de 8,7 km de long du Main dans le Spessart bavarois.
Le Hensbach prend sa source sous la forme d'Obersölchgraben au sud-est d'Aschaffenburg-Gailbach, de la source de Gailbach. Lorsque celle-ci tarit par temps sec, le cours d'eau se forme à partir de petites sources au pied du Weißberg, comme la source de Siegmund ou de Siegmann. Une pierre a été placée à la source de Gailbach par l'association locale en 2005.
