Le Dünsberg, avec ses 497,7 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, est la plus haute montagne des environs de Gießen et Wetzlar. Il se situe à Fellingshausen, dans le district de Gießen, en Hesse. On y trouve des vestiges de l'ouvrage fortifié du Dünsberg, la tour du Dünsberg et la tour de télécommunication du Dünsberg.
Le Dünsberg s'élève dans le sud-est du pays de Gladenbach. Son sommet se trouve à 1,5 km au nord-ouest de la localité de Fellingshausen dans la commune de Biebertal, à 9,7 km au nord-ouest du centre-ville de Gießen et à 12 km au nord-est de celui de Wetzlar. Sur le plan de la superficie, la plus grande partie de la montagne appartient à la localité de Königsberg, qui s'étend sur 3,2 km au sud-ouest du sommet. Le centre de Biebertal, Rodheim-Bieber, est situé au sud de la montagne ; au nord-nord-ouest se trouve Frankenbach et au nord-nord-est se trouve Krumbach.
