Le Uhlberg est un sommet de 604,7 mètres de hauteur situé à l'ouest de la ville de Treuchtlingen dans le district franconien de Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen.
La montagne se trouve à environ 7 kilomètres au sud-ouest de Treuchtlingen, près de la limite communale de Wolferstadt et à environ 700 m du hameau de Siebeneichhöfe. C'est un sommet secondaire du Hirschbucks, moins connu, situé à environ un kilomètre à l'ouest. La crête montagneuse avec ses deux sommets se trouve dans le sud du Hahnenkamm et est recouverte d'une vaste zone forestière. À l'est se trouvent le Hausberg et le Kühberg.
