La réserve naturelle de Lippeaue, de Stockum à Werne, est située sur le territoire des villes de Bergkamen et de Werne dans le district d'Unna en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
Cette zone d'environ 188 hectares a été placée sous protection en 2007 sous le numéro clé UN-056. Elle s'étend au sud-est et à l'est de la ville centrale de Werne et au sud de Stockum, un quartier de Werne, le long de la Lippe. Non loin au sud coule le canal Datteln-Hamm, un peu plus au sud passe la route nationale L 736.
