Lors de son voyage à Rome en 1654, la reine Christine séjourna dans la maison de Gerdt Werkampf et Ilse Erenstinck, sur la Koe Thor Straße (aujourd'hui Königstraße) à Minden. Les étages supérieurs n'existaient pas encore. Au-dessus de la porte se trouvent plusieurs inscriptions : « An Gottes Segen ist alles gelegen » (La bénédiction de Dieu est tout) et « Wer Gott Vortrauwet hat wol gebauet » (Celui qui a confiance en Dieu a bien construit) avec l'année 1644. Au milieu les noms de les résidents Gerdt Werkampf et Ilse Erenstinck.
