La Serra d'Almos est un village de la municipalité de Tivissa, dans la région catalane de la Ribera d'Ebre. La population est de 242 habitants.
Il a formé une municipalité par désagrégation de Tivissa en 1787, et s'y est à nouveau joint en 1940. Depuis lors, une grande partie de la population a montré un grand désir de se séparer de Tivissa, ce qui s'est traduit par plusieurs tentatives infructueuses d'obtenir la reconnaissance politique de la Serra d'Almos en tant que municipalité indépendante. Le 30 septembre 2009, la mairie de Tivissa a approuvé le dossier de constitution de l'entité municipale décentralisée de la Serra d'Almos.
