Dans le monastère chartreux de Campmol se trouvait un chef-d'œuvre de la sculpture, réalisé par Claus Sluter. Il était connu sous le nom de la Pêche de Moïse (1395). Selon certaines sources, Jan van Eyck aurait vu cette œuvre ici. La sculpture présentait un grand réalisme. Le groupe de sculptures en grès montre 4 prophètes portant une croix au-dessus d'une source. Le monastère où elle se trouvait a été fondé par le duc de Bourgogne.
