La gare routière d'Eldon Square est l'une des deux gares routières desservant le centre-ville de Newcastle. Elle appartient au conseil municipal de Newcastle et est gérée par Nexus. La nouvelle gare routière sous un toit en verre a été construite à côté de l'ancienne gare routière, sur une ancienne voie d'accès, et elle est accessible via le nouveau centre commercial.
Elle est située dans le quartier de Haymarket, à quelques pas de l'Université de Newcastle et de l'Université de Northumbria. Elle offre une connexion avec les services de la gare routière de Haymarket et de la station de métro de Haymarket. Elle est attenante à, et accessible depuis, le centre commercial Eldon Square, qui relie la gare routière aux quartiers de Northumberland Street et du Monument dans la ville.
