La gare d'Alverstone était une station intermédiaire située à la périphérie du village d'Alverstone sur l'île de Wight, au large de la côte sud de l'Angleterre.
Desservie par la ligne de Newport à Sandown, la gare a été intégrée par le chemin de fer de l'île de Wight en 1868, ouverte en 1875. Absorbée par le chemin de fer central de l'île de Wight, elle est devenue partie du Southern Railway lors du regroupement de 1923. Passant au Southern Region des chemins de fer britanniques lors de la nationalisation en 1948, elle a ensuite été fermée 81 ans après son ouverture par la British Transport Commission.
